Probably less than you think and we are cheaper than those "geeks". We do not charge a "call-out" fee or for travel time for the Sydney area. Our fees are based entirely on the time spent at your premises and vary depending on location and whether you are a home or office client. Minimum time charged is 30 minutes and where possible, we like to work on more than one computer at the same time. We do have clients outside the Sydney area. We can help you with the set-up and operation of new devices such as connecting your TV to your WIFI network, and setting up your mobile phone.
We still accept cheques, cash of course, payment via EFT, and credit cards. After an initial visit, we often invoice subsequent visits, particularly for business clients.
