Why Corella Computers?

We come to you, we treat you right, and we get the job done. We explain what we are doing, in a language that you understand. 

What's it cost to get someone out?

Probably less than you think and we are cheaper than those "geeks". We do not charge a "call-out" fee or for travel time for the Sydney area. Our fees are based entirely on the time spent at your premises and vary depending on location and whether you are a home or office client. Minimum time charged is 30 minutes and where possible, we like to work on more than one computer at the same time. We do have clients outside the Sydney area. Just call us on 9543 6859 to find out what the rate is for your situation.

Can you do remote support?

Yes we can, however please keep in mind, this is not possible if your computer cannot access the internet (obviously for some). You may be asked to click the button below to download Teamviewer Quick Support.

Can you help with my TV?

We can help you with the set-up and operation of new devices such as connecting your TV to your WIFI network, and setting up your mobile phone. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We still accept cheques, cash of course, payment via EFT, and credit cards. After an initial visit, we often invoice subsequent visits, particularly for business clients. 

How long have you been doing this for?

Corella Computers has been a full-time operation since July 2000. All work performed by a qualified Electronics Technician.
